Only Champagne area produce the wine that enhances the significance of human life and enjoyment, the flute glass delivers the message of elegance through the persistence of the bubbles.

Early in 17th century, Abbe Dom Perignon discovered the secret of the second fermentation and induced the technology to the region of Champagne.

The wine has been so famous that other wine countries labelled their sparling wine as "Champagen" in order to boost the sales, of course the pratice has been prohibited by EU decade ago and NOW Champagne remains its prestige and unique standing over the world.

Cuvee Dom Perignon

Medium yellow. A very floral attack quickly gives way to acacia honey and slightly reserved fruit flavors. Very full and vinous in the mouth. Fig and raisin flavors predominate, then yields to notes evoking undergrowth. Krug Grande Cuvee

Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. There is no formula or recipe for Krug Grande Cuvée. Each year the Krug family meets to recreate “their” Grande Cuvée. This is done with careful attention to the most minute detail, so that six years later it is in perfect continuity with previous Krug Grande Cuvée.

Full bodied with a very rich peach and some citrus aromas. Absolutely perfect balance of extract, fruit and acidity.

Cape Mentelle Semillon Sauvignon 2005

This is a wine of great intensity with fruit and oak both gloriously magnified. On the nose, thevibrant lemon and fuzzy peach aromas are underpinned by vanillin and nutty oak characters. The creamy, mealy notes of the natural yeast add interest and complexity. The palate is rich and creamy with cleansing acidity, a penetrating finish and flavours that hang around longer than a busker on a street corner.

Casa Lapostolle Chardonnay 2005/06

Bright yellow with delicate and pale green hints. Mineral notes with exuberant fruit aromas such as papayas, lime, mango and sweet spices at the end. Mouth: Concentrated but very refreshing at the beginning, followed by a good acidity that is balanced with lovely sweetness. The finish brings a light sweet spices touch coming from the oak.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2005/07

Pale straw green in colour and vibrantly aromatic, the 2005 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is like an exotic infusion of fresh ginger, sweet basil, and lemongrass layered over ripe tropical and citrus fruits. With great purity of fruit flavours, the palate is mouth-wateringly juicy yet finishes with a refreshing crispness.

Chateau Duhart Milon Rothschild, Pauillac 2002

A dark ruby/purple color along with classic aromas of cedar, creme de cassis, earth, spice, and wood. Medium to full-bodied, ripe, long, and impressively endowed, it should be at its peak between 2010-2022.

Marques De Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva DOC Rioja 1998/99

Bright tawny red in colour, with an open nose of rich spice and fruit, balanced by firm, subtle oak. The palate begins with an intense explosion of ripe fruit, becoming increasingly serious with hints of mushrooms and nuts, balanced by fresh acidity and soft tannins.

Dense ruby purple. Youthful blackberry, blueberry fruit complexed with savoury French oak. Rich and generous with food concentration of dark fruit. Tannins are fine, ripe and balanced. The structure has restrained power but remains elegant and finishes with excellent fruit intensity.

Clos du Val Zinfandel 2003/05

Deep ruby red hue. Intense notes of spice, black pepper, and dark cherry marry with subtle tobacco aromas. Ripe, bright red fruit dominates both the soft entry and the creamy mid-palate.

Casa Lapostolle Merlot 2006

Deep, intense ruby red colour. Very dense and aromatic nose with lots of mature, dry red fruit flavours, mainly plums and respberries. Very characteristic of the Casa Lapostolle style, with a harmonious balance of concentration and freshness. In themouth, this medium bodies wine shows goodstructre and supple, refined tannins. The finish is charming with black cherry and spice. Although drinking well now, this wine conventration and balance should should benefit from short-term ageing. Carmen Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Richly concentrated and complex. A wine that combines impressive wild black cherries, black currant and cassis with some hints of mint, cedarm clovem tobacco and spices. Ripe and generous in the palate, sweet fruity flavours, fleshy and powerfulm followed by dark bitter chocolate, cigar box and fine structured tannins.

Terrazas Afincado Malbec 2004/05

Color: Intense and dark, velvety violet red.

Taste: Impressive structure and body, with mature and powerful tannins. With high concentration, and a complex and well-rounded character, the aromatic notes fill the mouth and persist wonderfully, making for an elegant wine characterized by multiple layers of mature fruit dabbled with floral touches. A powerful wine whose ageing potential exceeds twenty years.

Inniskillin 'Gold' Oak-Aged Icewine 2006

Aroma of apple blossoms, apricot with hint of cinnamon-raison bread. On the palate, this beautifully rich dessert wine follows through nicely with mix of apricot, mango and a strong honeyed fig component. The overall finish has good length with tantalizing flashes of exotic fruit and spice.

Nederburg Noble Late Harvest – 1/2 2006

Bright yellow with golden specks. Aromas of dried peaches, apricot and honey supported by a spicy background. Dried fruit with undertones of vanilla result in a lingering aftertaste and a perfect sugar/acid balance.

Xian Diao wine is regarded as XO grade, the masterpiece of Shaoxing wine. It is brewed with water from Jian Lake, together with the superb quality of glutinous rice and wheat. Within the traditional type of brewing, the wine must be kept in a clay pottery for over 25 years. Once, the wine is in clear and crystal yellow color with a full and fresh pleasant bouquet, it is enriched with a long after taste.

Yue Zhou Hua Diao 10 Years 500ml
As being brewed by glutinous rice and wheat and using the water from Jian Lake by ways of traditional method, it must be kept in a pottery jar for 8 years. The wine is bright yellow in color, thus producing a strong fragrance in the rice with a rich and smooth flavour.
